Develop frameworks balancing red carpet capture, pre-show capture and announcement to beat any livestream delays, and performance coverage throughout the night.

Approach

  • Split and divided coverage across pre-telecast categories for music superfans as the red carpet kicked off.
  • Found the run of show as fast as possible and coordinated key broadcast moments to film in advance.
  • Published moments in order of importance — instantly on X, staggered across Instagram and Twitter.
  • Communicated with editors ahead of the live broadcast to beat the delay and announce winners first online, publishing on-site clips throughout.
